Technical Service Commitment
Be a good user's reference; introduce the performance and use requirements of products to users and provide relevant technical information to help users select and improve design, train operation and maintenance personnel; discover product quality problems, make a complete solution within 24 hours after receiving notification from users, send personnel to deal with them when necessary, so that the problem is not solved and service work does not stop.
Three-Package Service Commitment
If the products in the "three-package" period belong to the quality problems of production, they shall be repaired, replaced and returned according to the contract, and shall bear the liability for compensation as stipulated in the contract; if the products exceed the "three-package" period, they shall be guaranteed to provide maintenance accessories at the optimum price, and do a good job of service according to the requirements of users.
Commitment to the Supervisory System
Major technical equipment projects and supporting products of major engineering projects are welcomed to the factory for supervision. The system of general technical service representative and on-site service are implemented. Users are assisted in installation and commissioning when necessary until users are satisfied.
