Logarithmic small flow control valve declared national patent technology in 2009, and won the national patent certificate in April 2010. By entrusting Sichuan Institute of Science and Technology Information (the first-level National Science and technology novelty search consulting unit) to carry out technical novelty search, the novelty search shows that there is no domestic research and development of logarithmic characteristic small flow control valve, which can also realize logarithmic characteristic adjustment of logarithmic flow under the condition of DG < 10mm. Its application technology has reached the domestic leading and international advanced level, filling the technical gap of the logarithmic characteristics of small flow control valves in China. In the first half of 2010, the company organized to declare the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Technology Innovation Fund Award. Within the valid declaration period of one month, the company did not entrust third-party professional organizations to prepare declarations and write guidance under the circumstances of maximizing cost savings. Under the personal leadership and strong support of Ming Dong, the declaration plan was formulated in time, the personnel were organized, the division of labor was coordinated, overtime was worked, and through their own efforts, nearly 70 pages of application were completed by self-compiling, self-writing and self-correcting. More than 200 pages of annex materials were collected and scanned. During this period, Deyang Municipal Science and Technology Commission has strongly supported the project. Eventually, with advanced technology, perfect information, practical market and financial analysis, the project won the municipal and provincial small and medium-sized enterprises technological innovation fund award, and won 300,000 yuan of free support fund. The state-level Technological Innovation Award for small and medium-sized enterprises is expected to be awarded in the first half of this year.
